Yes, but in addition to that, chop of some garlic really small, put it on a teaspoon, and cover it (smother it) with honey. Swallow the whole thing in one gulp. You will not taste the garlic if you swallow it in one gulp. Do this every 2-3 hours and it will help or eliminate the problem.

It can. Slippery Elm tea coats the throat (Traditional Medicinals sells a brand called "Throat Coat") and is quite soothing. Add raw local honey (antibiotic) and lots of fresh squeezed organic lemon juice. (antiseptic)Health Question & Answer
