What's the best brand of multivitamin?!

Question: What's the best brand of multivitamin.?
I eat a good diet with well over my five a day, exercise and drink lots of fluid but I can't seem to get my skin clear (late twenties). I also eat oats to absorb the vitamins I eat daily but feel perhaps that I need a boost from a bottle. Have tried supermarket brands (they tell you there the same thing as the branded), Holland and Barrett, Zip-Vit in the past with absolutely no effects. Does anyone take a multivitamin (under 10.00) that actually does soemthing.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
I sell one particular brand of multi-vitamin. I don't take it regularly because I do eat well and as you do, eat well above the five a day of veggies and fruits.
It seems that you have a problem with acne or something like that. Perhaps you might consider a dietary change to see how that would help you instead of finding help in a bottle. (Remember I sell stuff in bottles, so I should be interested in promoting something that comes that way if that is the right answer or not.)
A temporary change, say for three months or so, to a vegan diet with sufficient water intake may bring some good changes. Or just avoiding milk proteins and animal protein may be enough. Limited amounts of fatty fish and high omega 3 eggs could be a compromise.
also, try going to bed by about 2200 or ten o'clock. Sleep in a dark room. These will help your body's immune system get in balance. Keeping up your regular exercise will also improve mood and allow the perspiration to clean your pores.
If these things don't improve your skin, then attention to a Chinese formula for immune balancing, including herbs like Ligustrum lucidum and red peony may be in order. A general tonic herb like Ganoderma lucidum may also bring a broad answer to your body's needs. Specific formulas, made by a local practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine can target specific problems.Health Question & Answer

My Naturalpath/Homeopath. Highly recommends AOR brand, Ortho-Core. He says it is the most assimilable for your body and the most complete of any on the market. Your body needs to be able to use the vitamins down to the cellular level and these apparently are the best for that. The whole brand is excellent.

Below is a link so that you know what you're after.

I have also discovered Ionized water in the last couple of months and that has made a huge difference for me in many ways. Below is a link to the one I chose after careful research and consideration. It is the one I bought and have seen results with. I am a firm believer in this system. It was well worth the money I spent on it. I got the Leveluk SD501.

One more comment. Eating well is important, and theoretically one should be able to get all the nutrients they need from truly proper eating, however, there is a sad fact these days that they way North America grows and produces food these days we are not getting nearly as much nutrients from our food as one used to many many years ago. Organic foods are the best because they are grown without chemicals and they look after the soil better so the food has more nutrients.

Hope it helps :)Health Question & Answer

First..my usual spiel about the fact that almost nobody needs to take a vitamin supplement as long as you eat a wide variety of foods with plenty of brightly coloured fresh fruits and veggies. You DON'T need to pay organic prices to get this, the Altie claims that nutrients are lost during shipping etc are overblown. There's no harm in taking a multi-vite, its just there is no need, and it's a marketing gimmick

The dirty little secret of the multi-billion dollar, multinational vitamin industry, is that there are only about 5 manufacturers in the world, and they supply the raw ingredients to all the major vitamin companies as well as store and house brands.Health Question & Answer
