ihave been but get weird side effects like i lose my memory for hours,like i sometimes i don't know if i have done Intimate things with my partner,or just totally forget conversations,has anyone experienced this or similar thank-you

I am afraid it is one of the notorious 'Z' drugs, avoided totally by all good doctors. It is frighteningly addictive, it only needs to be taken for 3 nights in a row to get you hooked. Overall it results in patients getting off to sleep about 20 minutes quicker and sleeping no more than 30 minutes longer, than they did before medication was given, making it effectively worthless.
After the third night if it is missed ,sleep is almost impossible as the body has already begun to rely on it.Health Question & Answer

Zolpidem also known as Ambien. Yes I take that too, and the EXACT same thing happens to me. That stuff makes me cuckoo for cocoa puffs! LOL. Those side effects are totally normal. It's kind of fun for me though. My hubby and I often have an "Ambien date" because it turns me into a sex kitten. if the side effects bother you, talk to your doctor about a different drug. I think Rozerem is supposed to have less in the way of those type of effects.Health Question & Answer
