How to cure head aches with no medicine?!

May be you do not need medicine, but if you have access to a freezer then take a glass of water and add a few ice cubes. Wait for the water to be really cold, let it sit in your mouth, and drink, then when the cubes are small enough, keep in your mouth for a while. I suffer from migraines, and when they get really bad, I actually crawl down my hallway to the bathroom, turn on the faucet in the tub full blast and stick my head under the cold water. It shrinks the blood vessels and makes it feel better. caffeine also helps.Health Question & Answer
