Question: Natural remedy for stress.? (and please don't say pot.) .?
A lot of stuff has been coming at me lately, between school, work, and relationship problems, and it all seems to happen at once. Last night I couldn't take it anymore and broke down, which usually makes things a little better, getting it out in the open. But I woke up worse than ever, and now I'm having trouble. I'm having a tight feeling in my chest, trouble breathing, and I've been light headed all day. I'm still pretty young so I don't think it's anything serious, but it's making it hard to function day-to-day. I've also tried exercise. Is there anything else that will help.? Preferable not perscriptions, I'm a college student on a very tight budget, and doctor isn't in it...Health Question & Answer

I wonder how much time do you make for yourself.? you should take some time for yourself to do something you enjoy. preferably outdoors in the daylight. also you diet needs to be evaluated.
