Home Remedy for dry nose , sinuses?!
Question: Home Remedy for dry nose , sinuses.?
My nose has been very dried out lately, which I think is weird because I live in "humid sub tropical climate".
I had to take Benadryl for a while and that made it worse.
I don't have a humidifier.
Any home remedies that might already be found around the house.?
Thanks in advance.Health Question & Answer

Get a Neti Pot, and instead of the widespread "saltwater" treatment, use cinnamilk instead (1 tblsp of cinnamon in 8 oz of milk). It's milder than saltwater AND gives better results, due to the antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of the cinnamon, combined with the proteins, vitamins, and polyunsaturated fats of the milk.
It has been a household remedy for a long time, I remember my grandmother having us use it when we had a cold.
edit: look below for what a neti pot is. you can buy it at the pharmacy I'd guess. (I'm not from the US so no idea)Health Question & Answer

Same with my grandmother, and she passed it to my mother and she passed it to my wife. I thought my Grandma was old and crazy when she gave me Cinnamilk, but it actually worked. 3hrs later the sinus ache was gone.
