No, it isn't true. But, if someone is uneducated and strongly believes it, the placebo-effect can help him/her. (but, finally, his/her feet will be clean, if he/she washes them in some water - but I like better to take a shower and I used to use soap :-))) hahahaHealth Question & Answer
