Toddler constipation, help please, tried many remedies?!

Question: Toddler constipation, help please, tried many remedies.?
First of all I would like to tell you guys thanks for the help. Here's the thing. Hes not really constipating, he has soft stool. He's just trying really hard to hold it in I think and its becoming a huge problem because he wont poop and cries constantly everyday cause hes in pain. Went to the doctors and they are not much help. They couldnt find anything after a lot of tests. Just the usual he has constipation, heres some medicine. Tried many home remedies but still the same. Is there anyway I can reduce the pain and have him poop.? I feel so bad that hes in so much pain all the time. I wanted to know if there was a soy milk out there that tastes like regular milk. Is flax seed oil and almond oil good.? All answers are appreciated. Health Question & Answer

I would just give my kids raisins (chocolate covered for the picky eater in the family.) and lots of water. Are you pushing toilet training too soon.? That can cause anxiety and nervous constipation. If so, then stop toilet training for awhile. Try again when he feels better.Health Question & Answer

Maybe you've already tried this, but when my kids were babies and a little stopped up I just fed them prune baby food. It worked like magic. And to keep them regular, I'd mix a few spoons full into their rice cereal every morning.

Hope that helps!Health Question & Answer
