Women who are on Zoloft, what dosage do you take?!

I'm taking 50 mg too, but I don't really think it's working for me. My doctor told me to take 100mg, but when I upped it to that I quickly became depressed, unmotivated, more anxious than before, I had no energy to do anything, and I wasn't attending class.
