Liver is a great source of vitamin A, though you should be careful because too much vitamin A in that form can be toxic.
Another safer source are orange foods like carrots, various winter squashes, and others, which contain beta-carotene, a precursor of vitamin A. You could really take advantage of the fall season since there are so many pumpkins, acorn squash, butternut squash, etc being sold right now.Health Question & Answer

There are several, actually. Fish Liver Oil has naturally occurring Vitamin A. also, many fruits and vegetables (especially red and orange ones) have Beta Carotene, which your body converts into Vitamin A when it needs it. As a side note, typically, smokers should be careful about Beta Carotene intake and should aim more at the Vitamin A if they need it.
