Question: Alternative ways to treat inflammation of the legs.?
I am waiting for a C.T. scan in November. Meantime I am in a lot of pain, continually, in my legs. I have started taking ginger, Omg.3. Primrose Oil, Calderon.
Any other suggestions. I think it is arising from my lower back where I have nothing between the last three discs. That is what the C.T" scan is for, to see if that is the cause of my painful legs. Which, by the way, is stopping me from sleeping.Health Question & Answer

Eliminate inflammatory foods from your diet and increase anti-inflammatory ones. Sugar no, honey yes, wheat no, corn and any corn derivative no. You get the picture.

If I eat anything that has corn, corn syrup, high-fructose corn syrup etc my legs blow up like balloons. I also can't eat pork.

also elevate you legs as frequently as you can. Avoid standing still for long periods of time. If you have to be on your feet move around.
