As far as I know a business to flourish needs the following
1.it should reach the targeted customers
2.tell them how your product is different/better from the rest.
3.proper advertisement is necessary.
4.Be available to your clients
5.get their feed back,and see how you can improve on that
6.alternative medicines are gaining importance..so it shouldn't be really that difficult...see if you are really meeting the requirements of your customers.
7.have a visiting herbalist ,that would be a plus service.
8.change the place of your business,may be there are many competitors.
9.ask for advice from people who are experienced,
10..finally,rely on your gutfeeling.....if it says it isn't going to work,it never works. and if you can really put your soul in to it,if you enjoy what you are doing,if you strongly believe in what you are doing...go ahead.have some patience and you are going to make it one day.
remember this."though you can never go back and make a new start,you can always start from now and make a brand new ending."
