How many pills is it safe to take?!

Question: How many pills is it safe to take.?
I really need a good nights sleep tonight because i came home from work 2 hrs early today (was ill) then just slept the rest of the day (1-10.30 pm).

Now i'm worried of having another night with no sleep so i'm going to have to take 'natrusleep' (http://www.superliving.co.uk/pharmacy/yo... to get to sleep now. It's 11.30 and i need to be asleep in about 30 mins...

The pill is all natural so i doubt it can do much harm and i've tried taking one or two before and it doesn't work.

Basically, how many can i take to knock me out for the night.? I'm willing to take the whole pack if that's what it takes!

I've added the following site to my favorites and thought you might like it too. It is a fountain of natural remedies that work as well being a very resourceful information site.

ANY kind of pill, even ones that are natural, will not help you if you take too much. See a doctor for further information. If there is a label, then follow the instructions. This may seem like a lot of trouble, but it is a good habit that may save someones life. But if it is a herb, or like a herbal medicine, unless there are labels, it is generally OK to consume a lot.Health Question & Answer

If it is all natural, then no matter how many you take it will not "knock you out". I would not suggest it anyways. yes you kinda screwed yourself by sleeping so much during the day, but you'll have to just make do. Have something light to eat or a hot non-caffeine tea and go to bed with no distractions. No TV, music or excercise. Good luck.Health Question & Answer
