so i am constantly craving junk food and i want to find something to make it stop. Ive started excersizing but i want to stop eating junk as well. my big problem is when i wake up in the morning i never feel like eating. i dont know why but i always feel like ill get sick if i eat right when i wake up. so then i go to class which is about 6 hours long and then i usually have an hour and a half class after that so i dont get to eat all day. so when i get home i just eat like crazy. and after i eat i feel guilty but i dont want to make myself throw up what i just ate because i dont want to end up bulimic. so is there anything i can take to curb my hunger.? like home remedies.?Health Question & Answer

waiting that long to eat is not good for your metabolism or your digestive tract at all. take something small to eat in between your classes (like a breakfast bar or something). if you keep waiting all day to eat like you are doing now, you can actually damage the lining of your stomache. because what is happening, is all that stomache acid is just sitting in your stomache and giving you that tingly, tight feeling of hunger. taking like two minutes to eat a breakfast bar or a slimfast optima bar (the one that controls hunger for like 4 hours) in between your classes will help a lot. then you wont have to feel guilty at night because you wont have to binge eat because you're so hungry. good luck :-)Health Question & Answer

Sometimes when you are craving for junk food its your bodies way of saying that it needs more water and could be dehydrated. In the AM you should always try to force a 1/4 cp of oatmeal with 1% milk down or something. also you should bring some fruits to class with you. Your body is like a furnace and it needs fuel to make it run ( food) in small amounts ( at least) that way while you are in class and after your body is burning off what you consumed. If you eat nothing, all day long, your body feels like you are starving it, so it slows down the metabolism and holds on to the fat. Trust me these things do work. Health Question & Answer

what product helped me the most was rightsize smoothies. its about $30 and its a powder....but in the morning and afternoon i mix it with milk and ice and other healthy fruits that arent high in sugar. it fills you up alot!!! i just drink the smoothies for breakfast and lunch with a small granola bar or something...and have a healthy, medium size dinner. also...drink alot of water!!! try to drink like 6-10 bottles of water a day. first few days it will seem like you gained weight, but its just water weight. you can eat junk food....but before you eat like a fast food meal or whatever...drink 2 bottles of water....it will make you feel fuller before you eat alot of junk food. also....i hate water....lol, its too boring for me and i need flavor or a texture to a drink. try those waters that have a low calorie count but it can help too....good luck!!Health Question & Answer
