Most likely containing either diphenhydramine or doxylamine.? Those are both antihistamines. As far as sedative/hypnotic drugs go, these are by far the safest. Absolutely no danger of physical dependence. May cause limited psychological dependence with excessive use. also, they do not reduce quality of sleep as many prescription sleep aids do.
