Should i stretch before i meditate?!


Question: Should i stretch before i meditate.?
when i meditate for a while my back starts to hurt and feels stiff, i was wondering if stretching would prevent it at all.? and if so what kind of stretches should i do.?

One of the main purpose of yoga is to be able to sit in silence and meditate for a longer period of time..
Yoga takes you deeper into meditation. So yes, it is always nice to stretch before meditation if possible.
