Using castor oil as a regular laxative?!

Question: Using castor oil as a regular laxative.?
I was thinking about using castor oil or another natural laxative such as epsom salt on a regular basis (maybe once a week) to clean out my body and maybe even help with weight loss.

Could anyone tell me if this is healthy using it in moderation (maybe even less often than once a week).Health Question & Answer

I agree...not a good idea. Try getting some Calm it's magnesium. It is great for keeping you regular! Good Luck!Health Question & Answer

Castor Oil is nasty tasting stuff (you'll find out the first time). Laxatives are not a solution for weight loss. If you're constipated I recommend a warm water enema. An enema once a week isn't bad for your general health either.Health Question & Answer

I have to agree with the fiber,, there's the powder kind you can add to your drinks and sprinkle on your food,, it would work better and with out the hash effects of castor oil...Health Question & Answer
