Health Question & Answer
You want a supplement. First of all make sure you are taking enough protien. If you want to build muscle but arent taking in enough, you won't grow as efficiently.
A normal amount is 1 gram of protien per pound that you weigh. So if you weigh 140 pounds, take 140 grams of protein. (Only do this if you are a dedicated weight lifter, or else your body will convert the extra protein into fat) If you are SUPER HARDCORE LIFTER, you wouldn't be reading this but you'd want 2 grams per pound.
A non-active person would typically need 60-70% protein per pound of weight.

go there to check honest and sometimes "fake" product reviews. Just be cautious, the fake reviews are pretty easy to identify.
So if are taking in enough protein and still want better results, I recommend:
1) Creatine
Creatine works by not the common myth of packing your muscles with more water so you bigger, but by recylcing ADP into used ATP that your body uses as energy.
Example: When you do 100M sprints, your body uses ATP, when you start dying out, your body is running out of ATP to use as energy. When ATP is used, it turns into ADP. Creatine converts the ADP back into ATP,so you can sprint for that extra second or two, or you can pump that bench press for an extra rep or two so you are working more muscle fibers which equals more muscle or strength.
But honestly, the best way is giving 100% in the weight room and working those muscles consistently. Go slower on the way down and go slower on the way up and you'll work the muscle fibers even more.
For other supplements, I would be cautious about spending all that money for ungaurenteed results.Health Question & Answer

If you want big muscles fast take creatine. Or you can do what I do and just take protien, it works for me. But overall I recemond creatine or oxydrene or endothal. I think oxydrene is the best becuase it puts more oxygen in your blood stream. But don't take my word do your research. pain is weakness leaving the body. RESPECT!!!Health Question & Answer
