Yankee D, I have bad sleeping disorders so I can say this truthfully. I used to pop about 8 benadryl to be able to get to sleep. This is pretty lethal, Benadryl is cardiotoxic, meaning it can damage your heart and kill you. Marijuana on the other hand, has no lethal dose, you can smoke as much as you want, and you'll wake up the next day, unlike Benadryl. Marijuana is an excellent sleep aid, I only need to smoke a bowl and I'll be able to sleep well.
The United States really should legalize it, the medicinal uses have been shown and proven multiple times, plus it's the #1 cash crop (medicine, hemp, oil), and it would help our people. Health Question & Answer

The aberrant and irresponsible behavior of those who are under the influence of marijuana makes it a very dangerous drug. Driving abilities are greatly hampered, and if available the restrictions on activities with the drug make it's medical benefit less attractive. Unlike, alcohol which is easy to detect and dose related. The same isn't true of MJ.
