Answers:
There are creams containing vitamin E which help the skin to regain its elasticity. Try them to help reverse the aging process, and remember, wrinkles give character to a face, especially when you smile.Health Question & Answer

These are two things that I SWEAR by: Retin-A and unrefined coconut oil. You need a prescription to get the Retin-A, but you can get the coconut oil at any health food store. I get mine at Whole Foods. I just apply a small amount in my palms and rub them together until the oil is melted and then I use it like a night-time moisturizer on my face. I don't wash my face in the morning as my dermatologist said that water is very drying to the skin and you don't need to wash your face in the morning because you haven't done anything to dirty it during the night. I don't have oily skin anyway, so that's not a problem. I just put my make-up on like regular. I use the Retin-A three nights a week and the coconut oil four. I won't tell you how old I am, but when I recently confessed my real age to a friend, she didn't believe me and insisted on seeing my driver's license. Whenever I run into someone I haven't seen in years, they always say, "OMG, you haven't aged a bit!" Like I said, I swear it's the Retin-A and the coconut oil. also, I never ever EVER use sunscreen. I used to use it faithfully years ago, but then I began to investigate the ingredients they all contain and many of them are carcinogens and skin irritants. I just usually wear a baseball cap when I'm out in the sun or a wide brimmed hat.Health Question & Answer

moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. Guys and Gals need to help replace the natural oils and emollients that we had being younger. The more you are exposed to the sun, wind, harsh weather and the chemicals that mankind has let loose in the air, the more you need to moisturize. More company's are realizing that guys want to continue looking good, and have come out with guy friendly products. No worry about smelling like a flower for you. Good Luck! :)Health Question & Answer

ALWAYS use a SPF 15 (min)sunblock on your face. If you wear a foundation apply the sunblock before. You might want to switch your skin care over to a skin renewal/anti aging system. Lancome has some excellent products but they are little pricey, they will however give you some samples. Health Question & Answer

Nutrition researchers in Australia, Greece, and Sweden studied 450 people aged 70 and over to see if the foods they ate related to how wrinkly they looked.

They found that the least wrinkled people mainly ate or drank the following foods:
