Answers:
I have recently finished a course of Physio therapy for wrist pains, I was given 3 exersizes to try and after 2 weeks my wrist is great.

exersize 1 put hands together as though praying and then keeping hands together push down to waist,it is painful at first but it really helps, do this ten times 3 times a day.

ex 2, put your lower arm palm of hand up on a flat surface and turn your arm until your palm is flat down on the surface do this 3 times, 3 times a day.

ex3,
with your good hand push your other hand (held straight) toward the wrist keep pushing for 5 seconds, do this 5 times 3 times a day.
It really works I felt a massive difference after 2 daysHealth Question & Answer

No, homeopathy won't work, and never will work because it is 100%
quackery.
Try taking ibupropen and strap it up for a few days.

For the answer above me, have you asked yourself why your child is still bedwetting at 5, maybe there is an underlying psychological problem.Health Question & Answer

For those of you who think that homeopathic remedies do not work or are only placebos try explaining how I cured my 4 year old daughter of bronchitis with them and my 5 year old son from bedwetting, as they did not know what I was giving them or for what but got better when I gave it to them.Health Question & Answer

Go see a naturopath. It depends on the cause, and to have the cause determined, you should see a professional. Could be carpal tunnel, could be a ganglion cyst, could be arthritis. Each would have different treatment.Health Question & Answer

to me and my house: did it occur to you that sometimes people just get better. that's one explaination for your kids. you don't have one reason why homeopathy would cure them. you don't have one reason. so 1-0 reallyHealth Question & Answer

trying not to giggle at this. Are you serious.? If so, try thinking of something you do repeatedly then try to stop doing it. Pain is usually a cause and effect thing.Health Question & Answer

I think homeopathy is for more long term illnesses & perhaps it might not be suitable for a sore wrist.Health Question & Answer

No Homoeopathy does not work. There is no scientific basis or plausible rationale behind Homoeopathy at all. Water is diluted to such an extent there is not a single molecule of any active substance left (!!)

Homoeopaths believe that water has a memory, "through the process of potentisation, the water remembers the 'essence' of the mother tincture that was once dissolved in it" This is really a ridiculous statement!

Homoeopathy is basically pseudo-science and after thousands of double -blind studies has time and time again been debunked and disproved as having anything more than the Placebo effect. It is simply quackery and now the 'Homeoquacks' claim it is not subject to scientific and clinical evidence!

To conclude; Homoeopathic remedies are simply water or sugar pills that have been dipped in water. Homoeopathy is a belief system rather than a system of medicine. It really is little more than sympathetic magic! The power of the mind is a wonderful thing. On the plus side, Homoeopathy does not have any bad side effects.

If your wrist is sore, take pain relief and if symptoms persist, see your GP. There could be a number of causes.Health Question & Answer
