alcohol from a drug store and essential oils from the Health Food Store, Peppermint, Lavender and Eucaptylus are the best.
To 8 ounces of the 91% alcohol add 10 - 15 drops of Essential Plant derived oil, shake well and use this.

yes, i think they're safe. my mom always lights it up for 1 min. then let the fragrance circutate the room for about 15 mins. then she covers it... it helps me sleep better at night :) and it drives away mosquitoes too!Health Question & Answer
