so i just heard that this guy i know is on anger managment pills and i was like WTH.? i didnt know they made those. hes like young too, middle school aged. how do you diagnose somthing like this.? esspecially since hes pretty young.?Health Question & Answer

More than likely, if the anger management pills are alternative medicines, they are probably herbs used normally for anti-anxiety/depression.

St. John's Wort, Valerian, Hops, Passion flower, Scullcap/Skullcap, Kava Kava, Bacopa, B-vitamins, etc. are my guess. They are, for the most part, safe (safer than otc) for someone of young age, however, it should be monitored as anything at his young age.
