Question: How much fish oil for my 13 year old.?
My son has ADD,he is currently on Tenex because he has some shakiness and cannot take stimulants.I am starting him on fish oil to help his concentration and wondered how much I should give him.He is 5'81/2" tall,weighs around 115 pounds.Thanks and GOD-blessHealth Question & Answer

That would be a question best asked of his doctor... he can look at the very specific dose that would be optimal for his condition and size.
If your doctor doesn't know or won't tell you, you could try giving him a children's dose of Fish Oil... but typically, doubling the dose of a good quality Fish Oil shouldn't hurt because some children eat lots of fish. Good luck!Health Question & Answer

or give him the real thing salmon fish
or look up foods high in omega 3

also the feingold diet is good for those with ADD or ADHD
look it up, it is about eating foods without artificial colors and flavors and preservatives
