Answers:
Headaches do hot happed for no reason. There is a reason, or more than one reason.

Could be stress, perfume, and often it's linked to food. If it was me, I'd cut out all junk food, caffeine, chemicals, preservatives, food colourings, dairy, meat, MSG, alcohol, ... the list goes on and on and mostly it's all that stuff you already know is *bad* for you. Just do a search for *triggers food headaches* on google and you'll find all sorts of lists. But as I said, you'll see they all have one think in common, that is, you should not be eating this stuff in the first place, because it's bad for you. Simple. So, move towards eating a healthy, whole-food, chemical free, diet.

PS, I've never had a headache my entire life. So, when I hear others with headaches say that it's normal and that I'm weird because I've never had a headache... uuummm... NO! Headaches are not normal. They are not a normal part of life.Health Question & Answer

Next time you have a headache, try drinking a large glass of warm water. Filtered or distilled is better than tap, but if all you have is tap, that's okay.
Warm water is easier on the body than cold water.
Regular dehydration, even in slight amounts, is the number one cause of headaches and also leads to many other ailments.
For the past few years I have begun my day with a large glass of warm/hot water. Then I try to drink some more throughout the day. Since doing that I almost never get sick and never have headaches.
You might want a glass of water on your nightstand as well, in case you don't already.

There's a great book called, "You're not sick, you're thirsty." It is written by a doctor who made a study of the multiple ailments from regular dehydration and the simple cure of drinking more water throughout the day.

Items to take in moderation that lead to dehydration and headaches are sugar, alcohol, caffeine. Good luck.

Do you also suffer with insomnia, achy bones, irritability and moodiness, digestive issues such as bloating and constipation.?.? If so these are all symptoms of calcium deficiency ....... if you don't like drinking milk try drinking some organic rice milk fortified with calcium or eat more leafy and green vegies (rich in calcium) and eat more fresh fruit (also rich in calcium)........... try eating a carrott...... they are rich in calcium and a natural way to bust a headache.

Foods rich in magnesium will also help to alleviate headaches and migraines, nervous tension, stress, muscle twitching, constipation and help to lower high blood pressure .......... leafy and green vegies again..... also wholegrain breads and cereals like rice and fresh fish like tuna, sardines and salmon are rich in magnesium.

Iron deficieny can also cause nasty slapping headaches .......... other symptoms of iron deficiency anemia are paleness of skin, dizzy spells, excessive feelings of being cold ........ eat more brown rice, lentils, oatmeal, lean meats, organic peanuts if this is the case.

Failing all that eat some of the white meat of the chicken ...... rich in vitamin B3 .......vitamin B3 has been shown to alleviate headaches and migraines ...... don't supplement with any of the B complex of vitamins individually though ........ if you choose to take a supplement, rather take them as a whole complex as they work best as a group... ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B!2 and folic acid etc............ they'll help you to better deal with the everyday dose of stress we are all exposed to at some level.

Have you been drinking enough water.?.? You could just be dehydrated........ If not, drink up luv... your body needs at least 2 - 3 litres of water daily.

If you have horrible headaches constantly, tell your doctor about them. I can not remember the name of the pill but I call it the Magic headache pills. Easiest by FAR is some marijuana, if you are into that, its the best pain killer :)

but, if you dont like that, drink a tall glass of either gatorade, lemonade, icy water or powerade, or if you have a pain killer tablet, or something like panadol, use that.

Hope this works,
