Long term benefits of aphrodisiac Yohimbine bark?!

I am currently taking Yohimbine bark to increase my libido and it seems to be working. I was just wondering whether or not, if I took it for a long time and suddenly stopped, if my libido would drop lower than it was before or if Yohimbine had some kind've long term effect on a person's libido.? also, the longer I take it, will my body build up more of a resistance to it.?
