Hi I was just wondering how long after taking them did they start to work for you and can you drink at all with them.? ThanksHealth Question & Answer

Answers:

I took them and they did nothing for me but my husband takes them and swears that within twenty minutes he feels more relaxed. Personally I think this is psychological but he is convinced by them. He drinks alcohol after taking them with no ill effects.
