Unfortunately, there's not enough research to say yes or no definitively.
There are arguments about the Electro-Magnetic (EM) fields and how they could interfere with the body... there are arguments that the field isn't big enough to go through the case or it doesn't do more damage than your body can repair.
If you have anything like a pacemaker or have had any surgeries on your chest area, it's better to play it on the safe side and not put it in your breast pocket... but that's the most that research has shown for sure.
Aside from that, just the weight pulling on your shirt might impact the stitching in the pocket, but that's all that's guaranteed at this point.
