Actually you are ok the vitamin A front. The only people in the world who are deficient in Vit A are in poverty stricken countries. Beta carotene is all over the American diet.

However, if you feel you could benefit from Retinal A such as for acne, consult a qualified physician.

the only thing your gonna do by amping beta carotene is turn yourself a lovely shade of orange. still up for it.? try pumpkin.
