Do I have a pinched nerve?!

this morning I woke up with a bit of a headache. as the day progressed on, I felt excruciating pain in my neck below my ear, and now the whole right side of my head and neck are killing me. I feel that I may have pinched a nerve, but I'm not sure if these are the symptoms of it. I tried taking motrin for it and nothing has helped. Whenever I get up after laying down, the pain feels ten times worse. also when I swallow or chew it hurts on the right side of my head. Anyone know what this might be or what might have caused it.?Health Question & Answer
