wait.nicotine does not stay in the system for long, thats why people smoke so much and why it is highly addictive substance,as soon as the nicotine starts to leave the body you get cravings for more,a few hours and it will out of your system or at least inactive in your system.
once nicotine is out of your body anxiety can be part of your cravings Health Question & Answer

Errr I think you mean caffeine.

Nicotine is in tobacco.

You can't flush it out. You just have to waitfor it to come naturally out of your body. Avoid anything with caffeine in it. Chocolate, tea, coffee, fizzy drinks. You should be back to normal in a few hours.Health Question & Answer

Are you talking caffeine or nicotine.? Either way, both of those substances move out of your system very quickly, that's why you feel like you need them so often, It stinks to overdo it on either count, but don't worry you'll crash soon enough.Health Question & Answer

Stop smoking would be the first thing. Then it will work itself out eventually. The only thing you can do which Drs recommend to get it out a little faster is to go to a sauna and literally sweat it out.Health Question & Answer

Quit smoking and cut out the caffeine and do yourself a favor and cleanse your body. Health Question & Answer
