Parents evening last night. I took my daughter with me. She suffers very low confidence at school due to having a form of dyslexia that effects her school work greatly. When she heard that she has a spelling age a year in advance to her actual age she was SO proud. This is the first time I have seen my 10 year old daughter actually pleased with her school achievements. That made me smile and I am still smiling now. I started smirking when my teacher tried to explain something but she couldn't, so she decided to ramble on for 10 minutes. It got so annoying I just told her alright about 10 times until she stopped talking and I turned around. She has a habit of rambling.
