What're some plant essential oils and herbals used to...?!

Question: What're some plant essential oils and herbals used to....?
... keep up a good focus and concentration and combat against depression and anxieties.?

I will probably get some of these natural-healing supplies tomorrow but first of all I need to do some reserach first.

I know so far that lavender oil and chamomile tea can treat anxieties and St. John's wort can treat depression----are there any others can be used to treat these two conditions.? I still don't know what oils and herbals can be used to keep up a good focus and concentration.

PLEASE help!!! I need as much infomation as possible!!! THANKS!!!Health Question & Answer
