The problem is, these people have told you what they THINK, and not what they know. I have been on soy for a while, and know many many people who use it. Now of course, too much of anything is not good, HOWEVER, soy has magnificent benefits for everyone!
The subject of soy has interested scientists in recent years, like the discovery of phytochemicals and the profound benefits of soy on human health. Benefits of soy include promoting heart health and healthy bones, preventing cancer and alleviating menopausal symptoms.
Soy beans contain high amounts of protein, including all essential amino acids (the only such vegetable source). Soy beans are also a rich source of calcium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium, B-vitamins, omega 3 fatty acids and fiber.
It is a great alternative it Milk, which is NOT good for you, and to substituting into a vegan vegetarian diet which is hands down the best diet in the world and that is nutritionally/ scientifically proven! So step out, try it and see the benefits! God BlessHealth Question & Answer
