Is there such a thing as too much herbal/green tea?!
Question: Is there such a thing as too much herbal/green tea.?
I've recently become addicted to drinking herbal teas. Currently I'm having several cups a day of 3 different teas.
Dark chocolate tea - Ceylon and China Black tea, chocolate pieces and cocoa bean kernels, flavouring
China Green tea, spearmint.
Rooibos Original, Rosehip, Mallow flowers, Mango oil.
I can have anything between 3 to 6 cups of these each per day.
also I sometimes have one can of cola and/or one coffee per day depending on sugar cravings or coffee cravings.
I dont add sugar to any tea or coffee.
Is my caffeine intake too high.?
And is there such a thing as too much of a good thing.?
i.e. scientists have said it is bad for you to overdose on certain vitamins, could the same be said for the anti-oxidants in black and green tea.?
Many thanks.Health Question & Answer

Above links say drinking too much like over 10 cups can harm kidney and liver. Everyone probably has different body systems because I cannot take over 2-3 cups a day because of the acid from green tea. Everything in moderation is good with diet....and life too.Health Question & Answer

Too much of ANYTHING is not good for you!
Your body loves harmony and balance. It needs the
prescribed amounts of all things. Anytime a person gets
over-balanced in any one thing, then problems begin.
I'm not just talking about food and nutrition, I'm talking
about worry and gluttony, and exercise, and even running around with friends. Never focus on one food or drink
and expect it to be exactly what your body needs. It needs a variety of meat/vegetables/dairy/starch/fruits/and even
a treat sometimes.Health Question & Answer
