today i went on a salvia trip....it was strange....like i had become train tracks and the train was going over me but it really hurt. i could actually see the train in three demensions and i couldnt make it stop it was crazy and kinda scary because of the pain and i couldnt find reality no matter what...i was just wondering if anyone else has had a painful experience like this Health Question & Answer

Yes, things like this happen, and you can feel pain, although it's not "real" pain.
A friend of mine felt she was ether being stretched across multiple dimensions, and said it really hurt. The pain ended when the trip ended.

I just don't see how that's possible at all. Ive never heard of physical pain being experienced during a salvia trip. Not saying you didn't experience it, i just don't understand how it's possible.

Salvia isnt smoked to get a high, its a herb that sham-mas used to induce vision and lucid dreams basically. Look it up.
Ive never smoked salvia, not yet any was, i want to smoke it alone and enjoy the "trip" meditate and see what comes of it.

salvia can give you deep trips, so im sure its happened before
just remember salvia is a reverse tollerance drug, which means the more often you smoke it the stronger your trip will be
