There are some good places to see if they are a good company. You could check with the Better Business Bureau at http://www.bbb.org to see if they are on there. If people have complained, they'll be on there, but they'll also be on there if they are registered, which usually indicates a legit company. You can also check with Consumer Labs to see if they have been reviewed... but many companies aren't on there, especially newer companies. Unfortunately, those are the only ways companies get listed with those organizations, so not all companies (including many scammers) aren't on there.
A better way to check on them would be to call them up and ask. Specifically ask them to prove their quality. The biggest thing is to make sure the company has a good rating with either the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia), as those are the main quality assurance organizations (USP is for the U.S., GMP is for the U.S. and worldwide).
