I am 22 years old and when ever I speak people either think I am a lady over the phone or gay face to face. What are some solutions that I can do to make my voice deeper.?Health Question & Answer

Some people's voices are naturally high and some are naturally low. There's no way to safely change your voice... damage to the voice box or surgery may change it, but neither is safe.
One thing you could do is practice singing as much as possible... a high tenor voice is something that a lot of people look up to when they're singing and they wish they could get that high. Think about it, many of the biggest male singing stars were higher tenors and only a few were the lower bases (like Barry White).
