Question: I must get my voice back within 7 days. .?
I have to sing next Sunday. Is there anything I can take herbs, meds...etc to make this happen.? I realize that time is a huge factor in this, I just want to do all I can to be better sooner.

no talking either. and if you must talk, no whispering. I have heard that it is harder on your throat than trying to talk. Moisture too. Lots of moiture in the air, especially in your bedroom. also, take a antihistamine as well as hoarseness can be made worse by post nasal drip and mouth breathing.
