Well, the biggest things that help with hair health would be Silica (often from Horsetail), Biotin, and L-Cysteine. There are some other products out there, including Shen Min, so you could take them all together as long as non of the ingredients overlap.
As much as I wish I could say they would help your hair grow back thicker, that would unfortunately depend on your body chemistry. Some people have experienced regrowth and/or thicker hair, but I couldn't specifically promise it without being able to run specific tests on your system.
Now, aside from that, stress can impact the health of your hair, including hair loss, so I would get that in check, too. If you would like something natural for that, you could try GABA, L-Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea, 5-HTP, or L-Tryptophan.
In any case, I wish you good luck with everything!Health Question & Answer
