Homeopathic remedy dosage

Take 2-3 drops of selected remedy in ? th glass of water, preferably empty stomached, 3 doses 8 hourly for at least 3 days and wait for a response. If improvement is seen, continue to wait and let the remedy work. If improvement lags significantly or has clearly stopped, another dose may be taken. The frequency of dosage varies with the condition and the individual. Sometimes a dose may be required several times an hour; other times a dose may be indicated several times a day; and in some situations, one dose per day (or less) can be sufficient.

If no response is seen within a reasonable amount of time, select a different remedy.

When you say sharp pain (especially in the shoulder) I immediately think of tight muscles / knots...

Get a professional massage (deep tissue if you can tolerate) or find someone that specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy.

Even the basic Swedish massage will help tremendously!

You can't get any more natural than Massage Therapy. You may feel excellent after one visit, or you may need several visits if it has been 5 years of building up tightness etc.

Good luck. And even if it doesn't help (which I"m confident it will), you should enjoy every minute of it & will receive numerous other health benefits from the massage!Health Question & Answer

Wood betony, perhaps.? I'm not sure if that'd be enough ...it helps with aches and pains, though

and kava kava would relax the muscles that might be tensing upHealth Question & Answer
