Is there an FDA 'conspiracy'?!

Question: Is there an FDA 'conspiracy'.?
Answers:
Yes there is. What makes the world go 'round.? Money! (And you thought it was a force within the solar system!)

The FDA can't "patent" a plant therefore plants themselves are useless. In the mind of the FDA, unless they can extract a single chemical from a plant, then mass produce it is quackery. Yet many meds are plant based.

They prefer the millions of dollars that have to be put into testing one drug than to use something that has been used successfully for thousands of years. Devils Club has been proven to work better than insulin with adult onset diabetes, but they will have no part of it.

My dog has a very aggressive and deadly form of cancer (liposarcoma) and the vet said there was no hope for her. Well, with diet changes and a home made mixture of herbs, her tumor has shrunk to less than 1/4 it's original size. Supposedly she has 2 weeks left to live - we will see about that. She is now healthy and vibrant!

The FDA even bans doctors from discussing herbal supplements with their patients. When I CURED my son of MRSA with Turmeric, baking soda and sea salt, my pediatrician was mad because I didn't use antibiotics. I cured him in less time than the antibiotics would have taken and there were no side effects. Not to mention the fact that antibiotics are WHY we have MRSA. When I asked him why he doesn't tell patients about this, instead risks reactions to meds, intestinal flora off balance etc, he said he is not allowed and could lose his license if he did.

The FDA has a monopoly and it is all about money, NOT your health!Health Question & Answer

There are many that believe there are and many that say there aren't.
The problem with a conspiracy is that there's no way to prove it or disprove it unless those involved in the conspiracy admit it.

From some aspects, yes, it seems that there is a big conspiracy to suppress supplements and promote drugs and their high profits. I've heard a lot of theories and several that make a lot of sense that make it hard to not believe that there is a conspiracy when you see the evidence.
From some other aspects, the FDA isn't banning supplements... they don't approve or disapprove of them, they just randomly check quality and shut down companies that are fraudulent when they can.Health Question & Answer

I always thought the FDA was there to protect the interests of Big Pharma. That is how it appears.

Some of the vitamin companies they try to shut down are not fraudulent, but perhaps too effective. The vitamin company then has to spend a lot of money defending themselves as the FDA turns to the FTC to try and close them down.
Of course, when they are effective they have the money to pay for the expensive attornies.

It would be more credible if the FDA also approved supplements..... but they don't.Health Question & Answer

Well from all my research that I've done in the past year, I've learned that they don't regulate any beauty products or ingredients we put on our bodies. So most the stuff we use is toxic and carcinogenic. And I was shocked to learn the FDA didn't do a thing about it. Since that, I learned that the FDA supposedly gets their funding from the companies they are supposed to be protecting us from. So is this true.? Who knows. But I do know they aren't telling us about the harmful things we are using. So surely makes me question what they are doing. If you want to find out about the harmful products I'm talking about, go to ewg.org They are the whistle blowers for all the things the FDA is ignoring.Health Question & Answer

It's not a conspiracy - it's just business.
Take a guess how motivated they are to spend money proving that alternative therapies work.? Considering they lose billions of dollars each year from people going the alternative route.Health Question & Answer
