Suboxone assistance programs?!
Question: Suboxone assistance programs.?
My husband is on suboxone and the dr he sees doesn't take any type of insurance. Are there any drs in Southwest Virginia that accept insurance for this type of treatment.?Health Question & Answer
Answers:
Not many sub doctors do accept insurance, and most over charge. That should be your 1st indication it is a huge racket. The dr. will try to keep him on it forever too, or at least til their new Mercedes is paid for.

There has to be a doctor that will take insurance for suboxone. I did a web search on "doctors in southwest virginia for suboxone treatment" and a couple of sites came up for treatment centers. You might want to call them and ask if they have a list of local doctors that accept your insurance. They should be more than willing to help you with this. Otherwise you will have to call your insurance company and find out if suboxone is a covered medication and they can give you a list of doctors in your area that accept your insurance.
