Question: Tips for easing a BITCHING, BITCHING, BITCHING sore throat.?
Okay, so I have an absolutely B I C H I N G sore throat thanks to some disgusting a s s s h i t I inhaled at school that some brat spewed out of their disgusting a s s lungs (which I'm going to rip right out of their ribcage if I ever find out who they).

I have had it for sooo long now and absolutely NOTHING is helping this B I C H I N G pain, I've tried everything, cold and hot drinks, tea, lemon juice, orange juice, honey, throat lozenges, EVERYTHING.

And absolutely NOTHING is f u c k i n g helping and for f u c k's sake I don't know why. I am so f u c k i n g pissed, my birthday AND christmas are in less than a week and I do not know what to do.

I also have an even more B I C H I N G canker sore inside my upper lip that I have had for a week now and does not seem to be going away. If anything, it seems to be getting worse.

Vitamin C mate .... take a Vitamin C supplement in a powdered form containing bioflavonoids (enhances the power of vitamin C 10 fold) 1,000 mg (1 teaspoon) dissolved in water or juice 3 - 4 times daily............ (when you recover maintain your immunity by having 1 teaspoon full of vitamin C powder dissolved in juice or water).....this will effectively kinghit any cold and drastically reduce your symptoms ........ try it mate, it works ..... vitamin C has been shown to reduce inflammation and speed healing ..... it also has effective antihistamine properties.......... if you're taking lots of aspirin you're losing vitamin C........ cut right back on caffeine containing drinks such as coffee and tea and eliminate sodas and soft drinks and pop as they will all dehydrate you terribly and rob you of your precious water soluble supplies of vitamin C........... as will alcohol if you drink any ...... drink 8 glasses of water daily and hydrate yourself properly to help your body function at peak levels and eliminate the germs.

Ditch processed sugar as bacteria will literally feed and multiply on it.

Other things that will rob you of your precious supplies of vitamin C are stress, alcohol, aspirin and otc counter cold and flu meds, antiobiotics, sleeping tablets, laxatives and diuretics, the oral contraceptive and eostrogen supplementation (if you are female) and smoking.... Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin and as such our bodies can neither store or produce it and we need to ingest it on a daily basis.

eat more foods and their juices rich in vitamin C ie ~leafy and green vegies, citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges, strawberries, blackberries and red and green peppers etc...

if you like the tangy taste of lemons or limes simply cut one into quarters and suck on the juice of it ........ ensure you rinse your mouth out thoroughly afterwards to protect the enamel on your teeth ....... tart and tangy taste but will definitely dramatically reduce your symptoms........... as will gargling with warm salty water ..... not table salt though as all the essentail minerals have been pulverised from it and it's been bleached ........ go get some celtic sea salt from the health food store and put a tablespoon full into a glass of warm water stir and gargle with it every couple of hours ........ celtic sea salt (salt in its natural form) is a natural antibacterial and will help the sore throat.

Vitamin C reduces inflammation, stimulates the immune system and restores the mucous lining of the gastrointestinal tract.......... In addition, vitamin C creates an environment in the digestive tract that helps control the overgrowth of yeast, bacteria and parasites.

Stop Bitching. Your throat has to do with communication. Sore=anger. You are causing your sore throat with the anger you are communicating. You are a victim or acting like one. Stop it. Take back your power. Be cool. If you are cool you can't get beat up like this. So know you are safe & no one can give you their bad stuff or hurt you.
