Answers:
Try putting one of the Centrum tablets into a cupfull of white vinegar and if it doesn't begin to dissolve within 3 - 4 minutes throw the whole bottle in the trash mate...... bedpanbullets i reckon they are ...... if your system can't digest something there really is no point spending good hard earned money on it ......... get assistance from the resident naturopath in your local Health Food Store when buying a multi vitamin and specify that you'd like pharmaceutical grade vitamins ...... they are best you can buy and the most assimilable for your body ....... they'll actually provide you with the nutrients you may be missing out on ...... i think Blackmores do a good multi.

A deficiency in vitamin B12 will cause excessive sweating, tingling and prickling and numbing sensations in the outer extremities, fatigue and exhaustion, dizzy spells, chest pains and heart palpitations ........ irritability and moodiness, headaches and migraines ...... vitamin B12 is part of the B complex of vitamins and is dependant on vitamin B6, calcium and vitamin D for effective assimilation....... without sufficient quantities of each you will experience all the symptoms of B12 deficiency....... iron needs B12 for effective assimilation ... therefore without sufficient B12 you will exhibit iron deficiency anemia symptoms........ dizzy spells, excessive feelings of being cold, headaches ... nasty nasty ones too...... fatigue and exhaustion, vitamin B6 is essential for the production of magnesium and hydrochloric acid in our bodies and must be present for the production of red blood cells and antibodies.

If you are vegetarian or lactose intolerant then it is really important that you supplement with a multi B complex containing all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folate etc... as they all work best as a group.... a liquid supplement would be the easiest to assimilate for your body.

The richest sources of vitamin B12 are ~ liver, beef, cheese, milk, eggs and fish.

Don't buy any of the B complex individually but rather as a whole complex unless specifically instructed to do so by a nutritionally oriented physician or naturopath.

The B complex of vitamins is a water soluble complex and as such our bodies can neither produce nor store them.... therefore we need to ingest them on a daily basis or suffer the stress related side affects.

Things that will rob you of your precious supplies of B vitamins are stress, antidepressants, antibiotics, laxatives and diuretics, otc cold and flu meds, alcohol, eating too much tinned food or protein or processed sugar , eating too much frozen fruits and vegies, sodas, pop and soft drinks ..... caffeinated drinks such as coffee and tea will also rob you of your B vitamins.

I used to get terrible terrible sweating running down my head and neck and hands and i was constantly dripping in perspiration .......... until i started to supplement with a B complex and i ditched the antidepressants.

make sure you are also eating lots of leafy and green vegies as they are rich in calcium ....... B12 needs calcium and get 10 - 15 mins daily of safe sun exposure ..... B12 also needs vitamin D for effective assimilation.

oh, sorry, i will answer the question !!

chlorophyll should be fine with the multi ..... if the multi is any good that is ......... it would be easier to assimilate the chlorophyll in a liquid supplement ....... quick delivery and tasteless ...... ;0)

peace baby
?Health Question & Answer

Chlorophyll is very high in Vitamin K, and centrum (if memory serves me) has most of what you need in a day - could be too much, andlead to problems with clotting or bruising.

I would try the natural stick crystal deodorants instead, or lay off the mulitivitamins. Especially if you are taking certain classes of drugs (anti-coagulants, blood pressure, etc)Health Question & Answer

No reason not to. Chlorophyll is just a food. And the vitamins are also working in the area of nutrition. As long as you are taking sensible doses of each, there would be no reasons not to run them together.

Your side-effects might include detox reactions - but that is after all what you are looking for.Health Question & Answer
