I am an insulin dependent diabetic and I get sore throats and colds frequently because of low immunity. What I have found that makes the throat better and the cold to go away fast is to go to the dollar general or a supermarket and get concentrated real lemon juice in a bottle. (or use real lemons if you don't mind the mess). Heat some water in a cup and add enough lemon juice, sweetner or sugar to make it taste good. Drink it all day long in place of any other liquid and even in the night. The cold or sore throat will go away in a week or less.
If you have cold sores in your mouth get some vitamin B-12 COMPLEX in pills or liquid (Walgreens has the B 12 complex liquid) and a bottle of chewable vitamin c. Let both melt in your mouth and hold for at least 30 seconds. The cold sores will go away within a couple of days.

this will help it temporarily..but brew up some hot tea and add about a tablesppon or two of apple cider vinegar its not the best tasting thing in the world, but it works..stay away from anything acidic..if it is an infection or a kanker sore in your throat then its just going to make it hurt worse..if your really depserate go to the drugstore and get some chloroseptic spray or losenges like that to numb your throatHealth Question & Answer
