What are some non-medication type things that can help cure headaches?!

Question: What are some non-medication type things that can help cure headaches.?
I often get headaches, but only migraine medicines usually help them go away. At night, I can't take them because they have caffeine in them and they'll keep me up.
I have some ibuprofen but those don't work very well, so I was wondering if anyone knew some things around the house (food, whatever) that might help with the headaches either by itself or with the ibuprofen.?Health Question & Answer

to really help migraines try organic feverfew. if you can find them, putting fresh feverfew between tow slices of bread is even better

also dab peppermint essential oil (real not synthetic) on your templesHealth Question & Answer

Try taking Aleve (naproxen) instead, it's in the same family as the Advil (ibuprofen) in that they are both Non Steroidal Anti-inflammatories, but the Aleve is a little stronger, caffeine free, and tends to work better for me ont he migraines.

Try taking a hot shower or steaming your face over a pot of steaming water... this will help dilate your blood vessels in lieu of the caffeine and may help the headache.Health Question & Answer
