I haven't but am skeptical about those things they show on TV. Looks like all it is are fillers and other substances that create bulk in your colon, rather than help you expel the bad stuff. It may be true that they help move along the gunk sticking to the colon walls, but whole grains and dietary fibers do the same at a lower cost.Health Question & Answer
