I have only ever just played around with them, mostly because I don't have a good reference book about it, but I do believe they work. It wasn't that long ago that no one believed in acupuncture, herbs, etc.... I think we have a huge amount to learn about how to support our health, for far too long people have been looking to the 'scientific' method of medicine, and where has it got us.? Right smack in the middle of Allopathic medicine, where the doctors think they are Gods, and kill thousands of people every day with their chemical medicines and their 'mistakes' . No. If anyone tells you that they work I wouldn't trust their opinion in any other area. There is nothing to support the idea other than crystals are cool. Quartz has some neat electrical properties. The piezoelectric effect maybe where some of these ideas started.Health Question & Answer
