If you want to clean your system out in a short amount of time this is what you need to do. Exercise. THC (the active ingredient in marijuana) is absorbed by fat cells, so running or excerise is extremely important. also, drink plenty of cranberry juice, because that flushes out your system. If you want to be 100% sure you've completely sure that its all out of your system drink some detox tea (find it at your local grocery store). Best bet is to not do it. Drug testing is always evolving - if someone has thought of a way to cover it up, the drug testers are at this very moment working on a way to recognize the cover up. Getting it out of your system won't necessarily work (it depends on each persons metabolism.) Just don't do it, and you don't have to worry. Best thing would be to drink a lot of water or cranberry juice to help flush out your system. Not sure if you have any head shops in your area, but if so, they might have some products to help you. I know they have pills that you can take along with drinking water that will help flush you out faster. If you are asking because you have a urine test coming up, you might want to look into a drink for that day. You can buy a drink solution that will help to hide whats in your sytem. They can be pricey, about 50-80 bucks for the good ones, the heavier your weight, the more expensive it seems. Each drink has different directions so youll just have to look at them to see what would be best. Usually you drink it along with a bottle of water, wait at least an hour, and then you have a 3-5 hour window to take your test. The employeee there should be able to help you with all that info. Just dont tell them your needing it to pass a test or they will most likely kick you out the store. Which is kinda stupid cuz lets face it, what else would anyone use em for.? there is something that you can buy and drink which is supposed to clean you out.. Idk though my gas station in my neighborhood knows what it is thats how many people use it where i live lol they will even give it to you if you ask for something to clean drugs out your system. oh and there is no way to totallly clean your body of it especially if you have a hair or nail sample takenHealth Question & Answer
